Returns & Refunds policy

- Time to receive the dress is about 25 days from confirming your order with shipping time.

- It is not our responsibility for the delay of shipping ( if that happened ). However, try to order your dress before your event with enough time.

Conditions for returns:

1- you must send your proper size , your measurements are your responsibility.

2- "attention" theses dresses are costumed specially for you.

3- If there are any issues with color, size, or design, submit your complaint with supporting documents and photos within 24 hours.

4- the complaint must be done within the first 24 hours of receiving the dress.

5- we send the complaint to the factory and wait for their response.

6- the designed dress is about 90% from the original photo.

7- In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement within 24 hours of paying , after that time we start sewing the dress. ( you'll receive your payment back between 20 to 30 days )

8- We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the cancellation . We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order. ( taxes ,fees, etc. excluded )

9- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning policy

- You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the dress to us. after the factory accepts your complaint. We will contact you with the address to send the dress.

- We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

- We cannot refund you until the factory receives the dress and check it for any damage.
